We are excited to announce the grand opening of My Burleson Dentist, a brand-new dental office conveniently located at 13351 S Freeway, Suite 101, Burleson, TX 76028, right next to King House Korean BBQ at the intersection of Alsbury Boulevard and Interstate 35W.

For me, this office is more than just a new business venture. It is a homecoming.

As a graduate of Burleson High School, I have deep roots in this community. After completing dental school and advanced training, I returned to the area and spent eight years practicing dentistry at a local Burleson dental office. During that time, I had the privilege of caring for thousands of patients and building relationships with families throughout Johnson County and the surrounding areas.

When that office was eventually sold to a large corporate dental organization, I knew that one day I wanted to create something different—a dental practice built around relationships, trust, transparency, and personalized care.  That vision has now become a reality with the opening of My Burleson Dentist.

My Burleson Dentist is a newly constructed, 2,900-square-foot dental office featuring eight modern operatories and state-of-the-art technology.  Every detail of the office was designed with patient comfort and convenience in mind. From the moment you walk through our doors, you will notice the difference. Our goal was to create a welcoming environment where patients feel relaxed, respected, and cared for.  Unlike many older dental offices that have been remodeled multiple times over the years, our office was built from the ground up specifically for modern dentistry. This allows us to provide efficient, comfortable care while utilizing the latest dental technology available.  Whether you are visiting for a routine cleaning, dental emergency, crown, implant consultation, or oral surgery procedure, we want every visit to be a positive experience.

Why We Chose Burleson

Burleson has always been home.  I moved to Burleson as a child and graduated from Burleson High School. The values of hard work, honesty, and community that I learned here have shaped both my personal life and my professional career.  As My Sherman Dentist continued to grow and serve patients in North Texas, I began looking for an opportunity to bring the same patient-centered philosophy back to Burleson.  Opening a second location in the community where I grew up felt like the perfect fit.

There are many wonderful communities in Texas, but Burleson is special because of its strong sense of family, faith, and community involvement. We are proud to become part of that tradition.

One of the things patients often tell us is that they appreciate how thoroughly we explain their dental conditions and treatment options.  At My Burleson Dentist, we practice what I call “show and tell dentistry.”  Many patients have experienced situations where a dentist tells them they need treatment but never actually shows them the problem. This can leave patients feeling confused, pressured, or uncertain.  We believe patients deserve better.  Using digital imaging, intraoral photography, digital x-rays, and patient education tools, we strive to show patients exactly what we see.  If you have a cavity, we will show it to you.  If you have a cracked tooth, we will show it to you.  If there is bone loss, gum disease, or a failing restoration, we will explain it in a way that makes sense.  Our goal is not to pressure patients into treatment. Our goal is to educate patients so they can make informed decisions about their oral health.  After discussing the findings, we present treatment options and allow patients to choose what best fits their goals, budget, and circumstances.  This approach builds trust and helps patients feel more confident about their dental care decisions.

One thing that sets My Burleson Dentist apart is that we are independently owned and operated.  In recent years, many dental offices across Texas have been purchased by large corporate organizations. While corporate dentistry may work well in some situations, it often creates pressure to prioritize production metrics, quotas, and corporate objectives.  At My Burleson Dentist, our focus remains on people.  We are not owned by a corporation.  We are not controlled by private equity investors.  We do not answer to a distant corporate office.  Instead, we answer directly to our patients and our community.  This independence allows us to focus on what matters most: building long-term relationships and providing quality dental care that puts patients first.
